No
visit to Inn on the Common is complete without indulging
in the distinctive country cooking offered by Trellis, the Inn's on-site restaurant.
Chef/Innkeeper Jim Lamberti prepares delicious, beautifully
presented meals that feature a mix of traditional New England ingredients
including quality meats, delicately flavored herbs and
farm-fresh vegetables. As
Inn on the Common patronizes local farmers as a way of adhering to the highest
standards of ingredient quality and freshness, menus change with
the seasons.
Sunday through Thursday, Trellis Dining Room is open to Inn
guests by advance reservation, with a single seating at 6:30P.M.
Guests may pre-select their entree from a seasonal menu at least
one day in advance. Our
3 course prix fixe menu is $35.50 per person plus tax and service. A 4th course may be
added for $5.00.

Dessert du Jour
Trellis Restaurant is open to the public for a la carte dining
on Friday and Saturday evenings with advance reservations
strongly suggested. Appropriate dress
is required (please, no jeans, shorts, sweats or
athletic wear).
A delightful country breakfast is served in our sun-drenched dining area every morning.
Guests can start the day with a choice of fresh fruit or a
variety of juices, a homemade muffin or pastry of the day, and a
selection of cold cereals, homemade granola and the hot entree
du jour.
Inn on the Common is a 100% non-smoking
facility.
As
fine food deserves equally fine companionship, many guests
choose to enjoy a selection
from the Inn's cellar or spirits from the bar with their meal.
