Who
Moved My Cheese?
Change
is ever present in our society. If we just look around,
we realize that very little remains constant. This is true
in all aspects of our lives but especially in the area
of business. But when it comes to change, it is not
change that we fear, but the fear of being changed.
Based on the popular book by Spencer Johnson, this
interactive seminar explores the process of change and
how we adapt. Special emphasis will be placed on
strengthening coping skills and the ability to manage stress during times of change. |
FISH
- Customer Service at its Best
No
one knows how to deliver exceptional customer better
than Pikes Fish Market. Using four basic concepts, they
have turned selling fish into an experience. These four
concepts provide the basis for delivering exceptional
customer service.
Based on the best-seller, this interactive seminar will
explore customer service using FISH
concepts as a foundation. Each participant will examine
and explore how they can deliver exceptional customer
service and begin to transform their work
environment. |

Focus
on the Future
What
distinguishes high-performing organizations from
mediocre organizations? The vision, mission and passion that the organization states and then
aspires to. While mediocre organizations only speak the
words, high performing organization truly live the
words.
The purpose of
this session is to articulate a vision and a mission for
the organization. Part of the session will examine what
will be needed to get the vision and what the
organization is willing to “give up” to get there.

What
We Really Need is Team-Building
Many
organizations say that one of the challenges that they
need to overcome is the difficulty they face in getting
a high-functioning team in
place. But what is a team? It is a group of individuals
that share a common goal. The problem is that as
individuals we have different perspectives of how the
goal should be achieved.
Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as a foundation,
individuals will explore what perspectives, or
preferences, they bring to their work setting and how
these preferences can differ from those of the people
around them. |
